Apple App Store Apps

For apps distributed through the Apple App Store, these Terms apply together with Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

If these Terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA for an App Store app, Apple’s Standard EULA applies to the extent of the conflict.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some Hx Studio apps may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, one-time purchases, or other paid features.

The app purchase screen and App Store purchase sheet will show the subscription title, subscription length, price, and services included during each subscription period before you confirm a purchase. Subscription prices may vary by country or region and may include applicable taxes where required.

Auto-renewable subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription renews automatically. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

We do not directly process App Store payments, refunds, or billing information. Apple handles payment processing and refund eligibility according to Apple policies.

Use of Our Services

You agree to use our website, apps, and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
  • Use our services to violate any law or third-party rights
